Corrections to a specification are the most useful thing you can send, and they go to the top of the list.

The most useful things to send
- A specification that is wrong. Every figure on this site cites the page it came from, so if one is wrong it is either a transcription error on our side or a source that has changed. Both matter, both get fixed, and the page gets a dated correction note rather than a silent edit.
- A product that has been discontinued. A pick that cannot be bought is a dead page, and we would rather hear it from you than find it in six months.
- An assumption you think is wrong. The consumption model behind the cost calculator is ours and it is arguable. If you have a reason to think five shaves a blade or a gram and a half of soap a lather is off, say so.
- A question the site does not answer. It genuinely affects what gets written next, particularly for the two reserved sections.
What we cannot help with
- Medical questions. Nothing on this site is medical advice and nobody here is qualified to give any. Persistent, spreading or scarring skin problems are a doctor's question.
- Orders and returns. We do not sell anything. Every buy link goes to a retailer, and your order is with them.
- Product samples and review requests. We do not test products and we accept no free ones - the editorial policy explains why. Nothing sent will be reviewed, and it will not be returned either.
- Paid placements. There are none and there will not be.
The form has no captcha. It uses a hidden field bots fill and people cannot, a minimum fill time, and a per-address rate limit, which between them stop the overwhelming majority of automated submissions without loading a tracking widget onto your browser.
